We love teaming up with fellow food lovers. Our latest collaboration is with Elly McCausland, author of the award winning blog ‘Nutmegs, Seven’ – who has developed this Madbrød recipe.
Elly’s blog features recipes with “fruit and spice”. She describes spice as “a fairly general category that covers all the little additions you can make to food to turn it beautiful”. We asked Elly to develop a beautiful new recipe using whole grains – and she delivered!

Madbrød is a Scandinavian ‘food bread’ – a Danish take on a pizza. This Madbrød recipe uses a combination of wholemeal bread flour and whole rye flour. Elly was inspired by her recent move to Denmark.
